How the fee is worked out
The base fee covers the first 20km. Most runs inside Accra never leave that band, which is why most deliveries cost exactly the base fee and nothing more.
Past 20km you are charged per kilometre, and past 35km the per-kilometre rate drops. Long runs get proportionally cheaper rather than more punishing, and because it is charged per kilometre there is no cliff edge where one extra street doubles the price.

A worked example
A 30km same-day run: GH₵ 50.00 for the first 20km, plus 10km at GH₵ 5.00 — a total of GH₵ 100.00. The same run next-day comes to GH₵ 72.50.
The price you see is the price you pay. The fee is calculated and shown to you before the delivery is offered to any rider. There is no surge multiplier applied afterwards and no adjustment once it has been delivered.
What isn’t charged
- No monthly or annual platform fee.
- No charge for cancelling before the rider collects.
- No charge for a delivery no rider accepted.
- No separate fee for API access, webhooks, WhatsApp, or Telegram — every channel is included.
