Ride when it suits you, not when a rota says so
You go online when you want to earn. Jobs near you arrive with the route and the payout already on them, and you decide. Declining costs you nothing.
What you need to sign up
Download the app, create an account, and upload these. A person reviews them — it is not automatic — and you will hear back either way.
- National ID
- Driver’s licence
- Vehicle registration
- Photo of themselves
You will also add your vehicle details and how you want to be paid. Until your account is approved you cannot go online or accept work, so get the documents in early.
Why the checks? A shop is handing you something a customer already paid for. The checks are what make them willing to do that — and they are the same for every rider, so nobody is competing against unvetted accounts.
How the work reaches you
You control when
Go online and jobs near you start arriving. Go offline and they stop. There is no shift to sign up for and no penalty for a quiet day.
You see the job before you take it
Each offer shows you the pickup, the drop-off, the distance, whether it is same-day or next-day, and what you earn. You accept or decline on that. If you decline it moves to another rider nearby and nothing is held against you.
One job, one rider
When you accept, it is yours. Kova will not hand the same delivery to two riders, so you will never arrive at a pickup to find someone else already took it.
Then it is simple
- Collect from the pickup point and mark it picked up.
- Ride to the recipient. The merchant and the customer can see you moving, so nobody is calling to ask where you are.
- Hand it over and mark it delivered. That is the job closed.
Getting paid
Your earnings are in the app — per delivery, per day, per week — alongside a wallet you can check any time. You are not waiting until payday to find out what you made, and you can see exactly which deliveries made it up.
Completed deliveries build your rating, and a solid rating is what keeps good work coming your way.
Safety
- Emergency contacts saved in your profile, so the right person can be reached if something happens.
- Support from inside the app while you are out on a run — you are not hunting for a phone number at the roadside.
- Two-factor authentication on your account, because your account is your income.
- A team watching the board. If a delivery goes wrong you report it from the app and a person picks it up. You are not left to argue it out with a merchant on your own.
